Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 14 calendar days of confirmed payment. You will receive confirmation once your order is on its way.

Nationwide delivery

We deliver across South Africa via The Courier Guy. At checkout, enter your address to see live shipping rates before you pay.

If live rates are unavailable, we will confirm your shipping fee by email or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Returns & alterations

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at scrubs@haadia.co.za. As each item is made to order, exchanges are not available. Where appropriate, items may be returned for alterations — please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
